About Tony Swain

Tony: The Real Estate Sales Professional:I have been selling real estate in Wellingtons Northern suburbs since 1995. With hundreds of successful sales and winning numerous National/ Local Sales Awards is proof of my ability to produce results. I believe in a relaxed low/no stress approach to marketing real estate. My favourite saying to any of my vendors is “Relax sit back and enjoy the ride and let me take any stress and worry away.” Although I regard my profession seriously, I have been told that I have an excellent sense of humour that helps put people at ease when situations require it. I enjoy a good laugh and I’m sure those who appreciate it do as well. I have never asked for reference but have been delighted when happy vendors have written words of thanks for all my hard work and efforts in achieving the result they desired. I have an updated client base of contacts, who receive regular property updates from me. My business is based on strong business ethics, honesty and reliability. I use proven technology and systems to ensure no stone is unturned in the sale of my clients property. Real Estate isn’t just a job, it’s a way of life and commitment. So the next time you make a Real Estate decision anywhere in Wellington, be sure to give me a call. Tony: The Family Man I have lived in Newlands since 1986 with my wife Sue.
