Theo’s passion for real estate first emerged during his University years when he supported himself with a home maintenance business he started. He believes listening and communicating with clients is always the first step towards satisfying their needs. After graduation he moved abroad, studied Chinese, worked as teacher, then manager, then started a career in sales before coming home. After working on site in many of the developments around Auckland Theo knows the ins the outs of the building and development process. On meeting Don Ha, Theo’s ability to speak Chinese, his on-site experience, and knowledge of the city impressed Don to offer him a sale’s position.Theo brings to the RE/MAX team broadened connections and language skills. His love for the city and the communities is cemented by the work he has done with language and culture.
